Attributed to Ralph Turnbull this important Colonial Jamaican combination Sofa / Games Table, is made from West Indian satinwood and mahogany with many other local Jamaican timbers including, palm wood, cashew, coconut, grapefruit and bamboo. The sofa table features a reversible top turning into a chess board & underneath a backgammon board and underneath that a decorative base of timbers with a checker-board design.
